Nestled in the prestigious Belfair Neighborhood, Belfair Gardens redefines memory care with a state of the art, consumer focused Assisted Living residence designed exclusively for persons with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. Belfair Gardens is architecturally detailed to promote independence through visual environmental cues. The unique layout of our 23 private suites and comfortable gathering spaces are centered on an innovative indoor "Town Square" with working life skill "shops." These shops, The General Store and Antique Shop, display interactive vintage and nostalgic items from the resident's past that act as a mental nudge back to remembered skills and interests by stimulating long term memories. Our intention is that every resident will feel a part of a very special group of people living on Main Street America in the 1940's, allowing residents to recreate the familiarities of home and provide them the comfort of happy memories from their yesteryear. From the floor plans and furnishings to the activities and programming, Belfair Gardens has been carefully designed to provide a stimulating, yet manageable living space. Each apartment features a private bathroom and shower incorporating features that offer helpful visual cues to enhance our resident's dignity and individual comfort levels with personal care. State-of-the art technology increases the safety of the environment and enables emergency assistance, if necessary. This design maximizes the ability to provide a safe, reassuring and supportive environment, which preserves dignity, quality of life and nurtures personal independence.

Our enclosed courtyard allows residents to safely enjoy the beautiful Bluffton weather, flowering gardens, infinity walking paths, various specialized bird feeders, wind chimes and the Vegetable and Herb gardens.
