Mitchell A. Kantor
Principal, Chief Executive Officer
Mitch oversees Bloomfield Senior Living operations and all health care investments. Mitch has spent the past 35 years developing, acquiring and managing health care properties. He continues to own and manage 10 independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities totaling over 1,200 beds throughout the United States. Mitch earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Michigan State University. He previously served multiple terms as President, Vice President and Treasurer of the Jewish Home and Aging Services, and remains on the Finance Committee of Jewish Senior Living of Detroit. He was formerly a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit and served in various capacities on other aging related committees. Mitch is a member of the California Association of Health Facilities, Arizona Health Care Association, Ohio Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, American Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry.
Howard M. Dubin
Principal, President
Howard oversees the Bloomfield Senior Living risk management department and all health care investments. Howard was previously the President of his own insurance brokerage agency and Vice President of a national agency. His clients included seniors housing providers, real estate investment trusts and real estate developers. Over the past 35 years, Howard has been a seasoned entrepreneur investing in numerous health care properties, commercial and residential real estate ventures and operating businesses throughout the United States. Howard earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University, and attended Aetna Casualty Insurety Insurance School. He is a licensed Insurance Counselor in the State of Michigan. He is a member, and former board member, of various charitable organizations. Howard is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing & Care Industry.
Bradley E. Dubin
Principal, Director of Acquisitions and General Counsel
Brad is responsible for originating and acquiring new senior living communities. He also oversees legal matters for all Bloomfield Senior Living communities. Prior to Bloomfield Senior Living, Brad oversaw portfolio acquisitions for a Michigan / Florida based commercial real estate investment group, and worked with boutique Wall Street and premier national law firms in New York City. Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Brad is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry. Brad serves on the Executive Board of the America Seniors Housing Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Scott M. Kantor
Principal, Director of Operations
Scott works directly with community operation teams to promote the achievement of resident satisfaction and company initiatives for all Bloomfield Senior Living communities. Prior to Bloomfield Senior Living, Scott was a Seniors Housing Specialist for a Real Estate Investment Services firm in Chicago. Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hartford. Scott has completed various Executive Education programs including Management & Operations and Development of Senior Housing from the Erickson School. Scott is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America, America Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry.
Tony Kantor
Principal, Director of Finance
Tony is responsible for financial matters of all Bloomfield Senior Living communities including balance sheet management, raising capital and preparing monthly statements. Prior to Bloomfield Senior Living, Tony worked in commercial real estate for a Michigan based investment group and a New York City private bank. Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Masters of Science in Finance from Walsh College. Tony is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, South Carolina Assisted Living Federation of America, Indiana Assisted Living Association, Assisted Living Federation of America, America Seniors Housing Association and National Investment Center for the Seniors Housing and Care Industry.
Linda Pisacano
Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Linda is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing of all
Bloomfield Senior Living communities and ensuring families find appropriate
placement for their loved ones. Linda has worked in hospitality sales and
marketing and restaurant management for nearly 30 years. Customer service is
her passion. Setting Bloomfield Senior Living communities apart from other properties and Linda apart from other sales and marketing professionals, Linda lives in the communities and shares her life with the residents she is dedicate to serving. She has been living in communities for nearly 10 years.
Prior to Bloomfield
Senior Living, Linda was an instrumental part of the corporate marketing team
for Horizon Bay Retirement Living in Tampa, Florida until it was acquired by
Brookdale Senior Living. She was made a National Sales Specialist by Brookdale.
Previously, Linda was recruited by another national assisted living provider,
Benchmark Senior Living in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She started as a Director
of Community Relations and was quickly promoted to Senior Director and Sales
Specialist. Her professional mission in seniors housing, passion for the
industry and dedication to making a difference is inspired by her personal
experience of caring for a loved one. Her life came to a halt when she moved
her elderly aunt and uncle from New York to Cape Cod where she cared for them
for ten years. Linda previously spent twenty years on Cape Cod in hospitality
and restaurant management.
Linda attended The
Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She was a certified Selling
Skills trainer for Brookdale Senior Living and completed the Leadership Class. She
is an alumni of the Benchmark Leadership Institute, completed extensive
training in the professional Selling Skills course, was a Faculty Member for
Benchmark Senior Living and inducted into its Chairman Club for two consecutive
years. Linda has also completed several specialized courses for Alzheimer’s and
dementia. She has been recognized with distinction by the largest senior living
providers in the nation for outstanding customer service, high resident
satisfaction and maintaining 100% occupancy of numerous communities throughout
the Country. She is a retired Paul Harris Fellow Rotarian with the Yarmouth
Rotary Club in Cape Cod and a Lifetime Cambridge Who’s Who Professional Member.
Elizabeth Gottlieb
Director Of Human Resources
Lizzie is
responsible for implementing Bloomfield Senior Living policies and ensuring
legal compliance, providing support and management training to Bloomfield
Senior Living communities, protecting employee interests and maintaining a culture of positive employee relations and retention. Prior to
Bloomfield Senior Living, Lizzie worked in journalism, media relations and
advertising sales for several national companies. Lizzie earned her Bachelor of
Arts from Indiana University.
